<How to make Keithley2400 work with Signal Express

Hi,

I am using the trial version of SignalExpress 2011, and want to try out how it works with my Keithley 2400 SourceMeter.

I am connected to the SourceMeter using a GPIB-USB-HS connector for which I installed the ni 488.2 package.

I installed the IVI driver from the Keithley support page, the instrument is found in MAX, but when I try to use "Aquire IVI DMM" in SignalExpress and choose the GPIB::XXXX identifier I can not choose a driver... this results in an error.

Can somebody help me?

Hi,

please try to use "IVI Power Supply" instead of "IVI DMM".

when trying to initialize it gives me:

Error -1074130425 occurred at at ivi_IviDCPwr Initialize With Options.vi

Possible reason(s):
Primary Error: (Hex 0xBFFA1207) The item does not exist in the collection.
