Hello,

I am new to signal express and to trying to interface agilent 34401a through RS232.I have downloded drivers from NI drivers.I get configure error.

What is the error message you are receiving?

hello,

 error-1073807339 occurred at ivi_lviDmm initialize 

primary error:(Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation.

Even in the max tree port is not displayed beneath devices and interface.

I am using RS232 for interfacing and device is fine.
