Streaming OFDM in USRP

I`m a graduate student and  i`m using OFDM example LABVIEW code(https://forums.ni.com/t5/Software-Defined-Radio/Streaming-OFDM-Transmitter-and-Receiver/ta-p/3491402), but i have some question. 

I want to generalize the code to 802.11a standard. and this standard has parameter following as below) 

and OFDM example code as below.

The questions are :

1. How could i adjust the IQ rate for this standard(64 Carrier frequency, 20 MHz Bandwidth)? 

2. What IQ rate mean exactly?

3. In my opinion, OFDM use multi-frequency carrier communication system, But what that Carrier frequency(910M) means?

If you don`t mind, please explain above question with some figures(I`m beginner in this field, please bear with me)
