Switch executive - How know if a route has already connected or not ?

I use Pickering matrix (IVI device) and the Switch Executive 3.0 software. 

In LabVIEW, I would like to know if there is a way to check the state of a route (connected or not)

The easiest way to do this is to use the 'niSE Find Route' VI.  Note that in Switch Executive 3.0, there's a bug in this VI that sometimes returns incorrect route positions.  This KB includes an updated version of 'niSE Find Route' that fixes this corner case.  In NISE 3.5 and later, the behavior has been corrected.  Code that uses either VI works properly in NISE 3.5 and later.
