What kind of synchronization did you have in mind?
Switch modules when set in scanning mode can use a trigger to advance through their scan list and can generate a trigger after each entry in the scanlist. You can read more about scanning and triggering in the NI Switches help under Fundamentals>>Scanning.
Besides being triggered when scanning, switch modules cannot be synchronized.
