Where can I get the Nidaq functional reference guide?

I need to get the function definitions to access the PCI-DIO-96 via
Delphi. I've tried to find the manual and cannot. Could someone
please point me to where I can get this information?

Reference Help. After installing NI-DAQ, this resource is
