I have another question: on my local Systemlink installation, I don't see an SMTP service at all!?! Was it deprecated, or is it not included in the basic version of Systemlink?
Looks like you have only a small subset of SL installed. SMTP service has not been deprecated. I would recommend opening up the Package Manager and rerunning the SL Server installation and selecting one of the additional modules like Systems Management or the Asset Module that depend on it.
I ran Ni Package manager again and left all extra -TDM- options checked. Now I have 66 services running instead of 23! Includes SMTP also. My Systemlink installation is however unlicensed (I have it installed, because I develop Labview webservices on NI Web Server). I wonder which Systemlink functionality is available to me in the unlicensed version.
