My doubt here is when I Ran this Code it is taking Numeric 3 has label for the output cluster but in answer its numeric1 is given what may be the reason why i am not getting Numeric1

It appears to use the label of the source going into the bottom terminal as the label for the item in the cluster.

But for this question, worry more about the data.  Besides, you can always change the label in the indicator.
