Selecting and creating an Event Structure from the 'Events' palette rather than the 'Structures' palette displays the Dynamic Event Terminals by default?

a) TRUE

b) FALSE

NOTE:  Structures and Events Palettes and Event Structures showing Dynamic Event Terminals shown below for reference only.

Did not expect this one to be true.

I'm guessing the reasoning is the Events Menu is inside the Dialog and User Interface Menu. You are more likely to use a refnum from the User Interface, which may be in a parrent vi (ie, the Event Structure is in a Sub-vi) if you are working in that menu section.  (hopefully that makes sense to someone else reading this)

Actually, I think it comes more from that fact that the Register Events node and the User Events API is also in that Dialog->Events palette.  If you are in there, it is almost a guarantee that you are using the dynamic event tunnels.

Answer : A.  Nice one crossrulz, gnshmrthy & Pankajusic.

I am with crossrulz on this one.  Although I have never gone to the Events palette to get a structure with the Dynamic Terminals enabled.  I always go Structures Palette and enable the terminals.

I should of course go Quick Drop but my muscle memory seems to want me to do something else.

FYI you get an Event Structure without Dynamic Terminals from Quick Drop.
