Answer is B. But I failed to understand the concept of Threshold and Interpolate 1D array.

In the Third Iteration the the array would be [3456] out of this 3<=2.5 how come the output is 2.0? and here the first condition threshold should be greater is not possible right.

What is the first number in the search array that is larger than 2.5? 3.  What is the index of the item 3?  2.  But since we started the search with element 2, then the output index is 2 (we are ignoring everything before index 2).
