2 RoboRio’s with corrupted image error

Hi we have two roborio’s from 2916-17 ish time that we are very frustrated with.  One stopped being able to receive code at competition.  It gives a corrupted firmware message and we followed all suggestions multiple times in the message including: checking the pathname for non alpha characters and booting into safe mode. The techs at the competition tried as well and then gave us a replacement to borrow. They said to ask NI for an RMA.  

The second roborio is giving the same issues - this time at our build space.  It does not respond to any suggested remedies.

I’d like to either get help over the phone or get replacements please. Our team cannot afford two new ones at this point. Thanks much.

To confirm, both rios fail to image while in safe mode? and these are the original roboRIO (as opposed to the roboRIO2)?

I'll take that under advisement but at this point I am looking for an answer on the Rio's and just need some help please.

They are version 1 circa 2016-2017 and we tried safe mode multiple times and no dice.  I have seen posts mentioning some other utility.  I assume that if I can get on a phone call with NI then we can try all the options together.  But how does one do that?

We have moved all support for FRC to being via CSA's and these forums to leverage a broader volunteer base.

Since you have tried safe mode, I've sent you details on how to do the reset in a private message.
