The plastic piece of our roborio's USB B port broke off. The port is still functioning but without that plastic piece, the cables we attach do not lock in port thus causing an unsafe connection. Tried to contact NI official numbers for Turkey but the numbers on the support page are out of service. What are our options besides buying a new one as the given price by NI partner is extreme.
