Bad RSL port, need RMA

RSL port is faulty. Used multiple RSL and cables and unable to get signal light to work. Same lights/cables work on other RoboRIOs. I opened a case with NI and they said they can exchange this for $350.  This was only purchased 1/25/25.  Need to know how to get this replaced/repaired.
