Hello,

I have a Rio s/n:3202079 It will not power on after being turned off the night before.  

Please help we leave for competition on Wednesday.

Hello Jheitman,

We have seen behavior like this when the SD card becomes unseated. Can you try removing the SD card, inspecting the slot for metal shards (perhaps hold it upside down and shake vigorously), and then re-seat the card?

You could also try opening the device using the four screws on the back and the two screws at the port. Clean the unit using compressed air. Additionally, use a flashlight to inspect the board closely for any remaining metal shards and remove them.
