We have a rio 2 that we need to RMA. The network port will not light up or connect (no indication that the cable is plugged in). We have tried the same setup with another Rio and it works fine and have swapped cables on the bad rio. We have inspected the port and don't see any debris or issues with the port. Is there anything else we can try or can we please get help to setup an RMA? Thanks!
