I apologize for not being able to respond and assist you on Friday as I was out of the office. Since this is a memory error, we need to understand the language program you are currently using. If the code is publicly available, could you please share it with us?

As a temporary solution, you can reimage the SD card.

We have borrowed a robo rio from a neighbouring team.  We have also since found that the removing the Advantage Scope logger has made the error go away most likely.  We should be okay now...

I had another team at the Belton district telling me they were having to reimage the SD card frequently. Seems the Advantage Logger doesn't check if the thumb drive is actually inserted and can fill up the SD card, so this does sound like the cause.
