Broken SD Card Slot

We are currently having issues with the MiniSD Card slot, where the card doesn't eject when pressed. We have made sure the SD card was inserted correctly and different ones were used for troubleshooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you cleaned the device by vigorously shaking it or with compressed air? It is common to have metal shavings on the port, which can result in odd behaviors.

You can open the device by removing the cover from the bottom (4 screws) and clean it using compressed air, especially the SD card slot.
