RoboRio 2.0 SD card not ejecting

Hi-

We have a roborio 2.0 and our SD card doesn't eject and it's doesn't seem to read the card. A CSA from our last comp advised us to reach out. We've tried to troubleshoot anything possible with no success. How could we exchange it?

This is Juan Garcia from NI Technical Support.

Have you already cleaned the device? It is very common to have metal shaving on the port, resulting in odd behaviors.

Open the device by removing the cover from the bottom (4 screws) and clean it using compressed air, especially the SD card slot.
