Damaged roboRIO 2.0 (SD card port)

Hello,

We purchased the roboRIO 2.0 last season and have struggled to implement it on a robot due to issues with the SD card port.  The provided card will not eject properly.  We, unfortunately, damaged the card in an attempt to remove it.  We've since replaced the card and reimaged it using the roboRIO Imaging Tool.  It took multiple attempts to reimage but finally got a successful image, only to discover that the card is not read by the RIO.  So basically, we don't know if the unit came in damaged or not.  We're wondering if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced.

Hello KinematicWolves,

I'm Matthew at NI; thanks for posting on the forums.

The roboRIO 2 only uses the roboRIO imaging tool to set the team number. Instead, can you try using either balenaEtcher or Raspberry Pi Imager (as detailed here: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/zero-to-robot/step-3/roborio2-imaging.html#writing-the-image-...) to copy the image the SD card?

I'm sorry to cross-post, but I can't figure out how to create a new post.  I have a damaged CAN port on my RoboRIO, (pin broken off inside).  How can I get it repaired?
