Dead robo rio

We bought a robo rio 2.0 from Andy mark two weeks ago, when it arrived the power light was always red and the drivers station says there is a fault on the 5V rail. We subbed in our old Rio and it works fine and there are no shorts on the robots. I want a replacement Rio or my $500 back.

We opened it up and vaccumed it out, same error. No metal inside, it went from box to the robot and the power was always red. It is faulty.

Can ypu confirm that the input voltage is less than 16v? If so, please use a different power supply.
