Ethernet Port Failure

Our Ethernet port stopped working, Not really sure what happened, I've tried cleaning it (75% of all FRC electronic problems are metal shavings) but no luck. This probably inst the right place to post about it but someone recommended it a while ago. Any suggestions?

This is a new one for me. What is the behavior (or lack there of), that you're observing with the ethernet port?
