Last week, one of our programmers had accidentally inserted the SD card the wrong way, jamming it within. After a considerable amount of force used to retrieve the SD card, we managed to do so... at the cost of the RIO's sdcard reader being somewhat damaged, and thus deeming the RIO inoperable.
Is there any way to get this thing repaired? Some place to send it in? Alternatively, if there are replacement parts sold somewhere, we can retrieve it and do it ourselves.
