Need roboRIO replacement

Our original roboRIO 1.0 from 2019 lost its PWM ports this season and we are looking to get it replaced. We ran every troubleshooting step we could and nothing works. We are FRC Team 7724. Thank you!

When you say "lost its PWM ports", do you mean the PWM ports are non-responsive? What color are the Power and Status lights?

Yes, they are unresponsive (we ended up borrowing another rio that worked). Power and status lights were normal.
