Northport roboRio 2, not able to communicate with brand new roboRio 2

We can update the firmware but not able to communicate with Roborio thru drive station or VS Code. We were able to format the new Roborio but thsat is it.

Since this is a roboRIO 2, can you confirm that you've imaged the SD card (https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/zero-to-robot/step-3/roborio2-imaging.html)

Can you try another SD card?

If that doesn't work, can you try booting the robRIO into safe mode https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/software/roborio-info/recovering-a-roborio-using-safe-mode.ht... ?

I also recommend following the steps here: Unable to Connect to roboRIO in Driver Station, Imaging Tool or LabVIEW and letting us know which results you get.
