RIO 2.0 5v Short

Hello!

We have unfortunately encountered an issue with one of our RIO 2s. 

Our DIO 5V appears to be shorted with ground, verifiable via multimeter. 

We have taken the case apart and cleaned all contacts, blown out all ports, and visually inspected both sides and have not been able to locate any debris that could be causing the short.

Looking for next steps.
