Thanks for posting on the forums. Many issues can be resolved/fixed, at other times we opt to replace the unit so our technicians can evaluate the broken one while you use a replacement.

Can you share some details on the issues faced?

For one of them, we are able to flash it. However it won't power up, and it also has a broken usb port.
