Red Light Red light - 5v rail dead

Hello,

We have a solid red light on our Robo RIO 2, s/n is 33E1C0E. We see no voltage on the 5v rail.

We spent an hour plus opening the unit and examining it (magnified with good light) for any shavings or other potential causes of a short. We removed 2 tiny shavings, and also blew compressed air across all surfaces. The issue persists.

We are in the middle of competition season so really hoping for some urgent help.
