Does the status LED indicate wrong functions in the roboRIO? Or is the roboRIO having unexpected behaviors?

We were not able to test further during the meeting. The RSL LED was a solid orange. It is too early to be sure whether the rest of the rio functions properly. 

Can we get debug instructions for our next meeting?

The RSL LED is a single-color yellow LED that functions identically to the RSL, which is an external indicator connected to the roboRIO 2.0 using a dedicated connector, and indicates specific conditions.

I understand that the RSL LED is working just fine. However, per FRC legality, the robot is required to have a RSL. 

Our rio does not output to the RSL, and therefore the robot would not be legal. So we are asking if it's possible to debug the RSL pins, or if we would need a replacement for our competitions.
