Our team has a rio (S/N 31B60CA) that will not power up. Have tried known good power supplies.
Advice/rma?

Can you double check the power supplies are providing 12V (and the polarity) using a multi-meter?

Power supplies were working, another rio powered up.

Conclusion in email chain was bits of metal that had gotten inside the case were preventing the device from powering up.
