RoboRIO 2.0 Ethernet not communicating.

Hello, 

We are unable to get the ethernet port to work on our RoboRIO 2.0. We can connect and communicate through the USB port, but not through the ethernet port. We sent pings with no response back. We checked our ethernet cable by plugging it into another known working RoboRIO, which then worked.
