Roborio 2.0 sd card port spring not functional

Hello, 

My frc team roborio 2.0 sdcard port won't reject the sd card, we tried loosening screws and had no luck.

To clarify, if you gently press on the SD card and then release it doesn't eject?

This is correct, we pushed down on the memory card (which seemed lower than most, usually a good fingernail will do it), and it did spring up.  We used a precision tool to pull the card out.
