RoboRIO 2.0 unrecoverable error

We have two RoboRIO 2.0 units with the flashing status light indicating unrecoverable error. I believe that they were both likely damaged when they were 12vDC was accidentally shorted to CAN bus high. I inquired about sending them for repairs through the main NI website customer support, but they said I need to post the request here in this forum instead.
