RoboRIO 2.0 won't power up

Our RoboRIO 2.0 won't power up. We used it all of 2022 so we're familiar with the device, but it was damaged during installation on our 2023 robot and now won't power up. No lights, no nothing. We have opened it up, and found that a student accidentally drove a too-long mounting screw into the PCB near the power input plug and damaged it the PCB. We attempted a gentle power-up test using an external adjustable power supply, but stopped when the RoboRIO was drawing 2.0 amps at a source voltage of only 0.2 volts. Advice?

I've checked and re-checked my profile settings, and can't find how to enable DMs. Sorry....

I've tried sending the email again. If that doesn't go through, it looks like the option to enable private messages is under (account picture) -> My Settings -> Preferences -> Private Messenger:

Hmmm.... I don't see that option in my Preferences.

But I think you now have all the info you need from that email exchange. Please let me know if everything is in order, or if something else is needed.
