RoboRIO 2 indicates "unrecoverable error"

Hi,

Our RoboRio 2 is stuck in  "unrecoverable error".

We have disconnected everything but power, power cycled, held down power button (with and without power), and tried a new SIM.

What do we do next?

What did you image the new SD card with?
