RoboRIO Incorrect name

Hello,

I am a coder from FRC team 1350, and we are having trouble with our roboRIO unable to get comms with our DS. The comms light on the roboRIO is not lit up at all, despite the power and RSL lights behaving correctly. When we look in the roborio imaging tool, we can see it, but instead of "roboRIO-1350-FRC" or even "roboRIO-0000-FRC", we see this instead: 

When we attempt to assign our team number to it, it gives us this error code:

We have already tried imaging the SD card through BalenaEtcher (we have a roboRIO 2) with the most updated 2025 firmware, and imaging it in safe mode but nothing has changed. Any ideas on what we should do?

Hell Brady,

Apologies our team missed this thread! I am hoping you are having a good REBUILT season.

Since this is a roboRIO 2.0, I expect it to work fine with just the SD card imaging and setting up the number (no reimaging through the tool is needed, since you are doing this step through the SD card)
