RoboRio 2.0 Ethernet Not Working

We have a RoboRio 2.0 that stopped communicating through the ethernet port. We have attempted multiple ethernet cables and pc's (all up to date FRC tools). We also attempted to re-image the SD card with the same image that was previously working and the correct team number. 

We can still communicate with the Rio via USB.
