We turned the 4-40 screws until they wouldn't turn, and then kept turning for a while longer....
While the screws were still in the RIO, we repeatedly shorted the power input (blew the 10A external fuse)
Once they were removed it seems to run fine?
Should we throw some tape over the damaged potting and run it, or is there an option to mail it in to NI for evaluation and potentially refurbishment? I'd hate to throw it away over this...
