RoboRio 2.0 Not Powering

We are 8863 robotics team, we have roborio 2.0, even the "power light" does not light up when we give power. We opened the inside of Roborio 2.0 and cleaned it with a brush. Despite this, the power light did not light up again. we checked whether electricity was coming or not. we made sure that the electricity was coming from the pdp but again the roborio power light does not light up.

I've done as instructed. Not even the power light is on. I have borrowed roborio 1.0 from another robotics team. The power light is on, but our roborio power light is not on.
