Hello, during our regional event this year our RoboRio v2.0 began displaying the "Unrecoverable Error" (Status LED stays on solid) no matter what we did.... CSA's at the event were a huge help trying different SD cards that were proven in other RIOs, removing the case to clean etc.... nothing helped. They said the only option was to post here and get it replaced.... How do go about getting an RMA etc?
