We were changing some driving constants (deploying code) and practicing driving the robot when our Roborio 2.0 stopped working.
It boots and the orange STATUS light blinks continuously.
I have it connected to a working PC via USB, I tried safe mode (holding down the RESET button for 5 seconds).
I reimaged our SD card using Etcher (same image we used before that worked previously).
I tried a new SD card with a new image.
I tried 3 different PCs and 3 different USB cables.
Nothing works.
When I try connect via USB with our old Roborio 1.0 it works. This Roborio 2.0 used to work fine, I know how it's supposed to work.
So I am here. From this page:

I am on this step that says "Contact NI" (see below). I suspect we need to buy a new Rio.
If there's anything else we should try, please contact me 815-848-8086.
Thanks!!

I went ahead and filled out an RMA form (Case #02738140), which is probably more of what is meant by "contact NI".

Hi FRC7848,
I'm Matthew with NI. -> that link to "contact NI" points to this forum because we monitor it to provide support.
To make sure I understand:
You have a roboRIO 2, that stopped working and is doing a constant blink
You have tried re-seating the SD card and even re-imaging it and a new SD card
?
Just to confirm, when the SD card using either BalenaEtcher or the Raspberry Pi imager you are using a .*img*.zip file as described here: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/zero-to-robot/step-3/roborio2-imaging.html
?
