Hello,
We have a RoboRio 2.0 that doesn't connect to, well, anything. We tried following the steps to reset the device, but found that the SD slot is faulty. Upon clsoer inspectrion by one of our engineers and with the advice of the lead CSA we have, we are hearby requesting and RMA for the device.
