RoboRio v2 Dead

I got an email from RMA to submit case here.  Not really sure why.  

We have a RoboRio v2 that died.  We have another one that works fine.  This one is dead, I need an RMA.

Can you tell me what is wrong with the roboRIO? (not all situations require an RMA)

Its dead.  It will not load.  We cannot connect to it.  We cannot flash it.  We have another one and it works fine.  The SD Card works fine in the other one.  This one appears to be bricked.
