Roborio 2.0 SD card will not retain SD cards

Our RoborRio 2.0 has had an issue from day one unintentionally ejecting SD cards.

Now it does not retain sd cards at all. We have tried multiple cards.

We ended up having to swap it out with a borrowed RoboRio to complete our matches.

Is this possible to repair?
