Unrecoverable Error of brand new RoboRio

Out of the box our RoboRio has an unrecoverable error.  We need a replacement ASAP, competition starts Thursday.

Please follow the instructions located here to recover your roboRIO: FRC roboRIO STATUS LED Constantly Flashing 

I assume it is a roboRIO 2.0 - the one using SD cards - since you mention it is brand new. Usually these errors can be recovered through the SD card imaging procedure, removing the SD card sticker (if there's one), or using a different SD card. Please let us know the results after attempting these suggestions.

We will proceed with an exchange if you can get it to work, but know that it's unlikely we can get you a roboRIO before your event if an exchange is needed. However, if you do not have another roboRIO, please approach a CSA (Control System Advisor - they wear a bright orange hat) at the event and they can loan you one from spare parts for you to compete successfully.
