roboRIO 2.0 RMA Request - Ethernet Radio Drops

During robot operation, frequent drops in radio communications were experienced.  Drops in radio communications were at a frequency of approximately 5 seconds and recovered in approximately 1 second.  The fault was isolated to the roboRIO by swapping (1) the radio, (2) the ethernet cable, and (3) finally the roboRIO.  Swapping the roboRIO isolated the issue to the radio.

We're requesting NI initiation of the RMA process.
