roboRIO 2.0 - Red Light / Power Fault

We just received a brand new roboRIO 2.0 and took it out of the box to set it up.  When we tried to power it on, we get a solid red power light.  We have checked the rails and do not see any damage or debris.

This is RESOLVED.  The students who were setting up the new roboRIO 2.0 did not realize they had to image the SD card with the before they could power-up the roboRIO 2.0.  When they saw the solid RED light and investigated the meaning of it, they thought there was an internal problem.  Anyway, all is RESOLVED now!
