roboRIO 2.0 unresponsive.

roboRIO 2.0 stops responding, randomly disconnecting during our Orlando/Tallahassee regionals. We had random connection errors at both regionals so we were advised to try swapping to a loaner roboRIO 1.0 and our robot ran consistently for the next 7 matches and elimination rounds.

Mentor suggested I attempt to start the RMA process on a 2.0 since he wants to use it instead of the 1.0's we already own.

Connection issues can be caused by a number of situations (including loose wiring). Any chance you still have the driver station logs from those matches?

I don't have the logs from the matches.

We had what the field tech called "annoyingly random" issues all through Orlando and no issues once we swapped out the roboRIO a couple of matches into Tallahassee. After the swap we had no problems all the way through 9 qual matches and 4 matches in semifinals.
