Team 95 has a roboRIO 1 which boots to a constant-flashing Status light.
I contacted NI support, they directed me to this forum.
I found another forum post with the same problem description, and a link to a post that included a recovery.cfg file for download.
I prepared a flash drive, inserted it, held down Reset while powering up the Rio, and every third boot attempt or so, it would cause some flash drive activity and would boot to a two-flash status light, indicating re-imaging the RIO was appropriate.
The instructions said at this point to power off the rio, remove the flash drive, and power up - that would bring me right back to Unrecoverable Error.
So, I tried using Imaging tool while it was booted up off the flash drive. That DID allow the Imaging Tool v.22.0 to find the rio, and the first time, let me Update Firmware from 2 to 6, but power cycling after that brought me back to unrecoverable error.
So, a few cycles later, booted to recovery.cfg image, updated firmware, and tried Format Target without a reboot - failed.
Now when I try booting to recovery.cfg image, even Update Firmware fails quickly.
Seems like the internal flash storage is getting worse and worse with everything I try.

Hi, @Berat7840, please post a new thread for separate issues. Also, the USB reset method is documented here: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000kOHkCAM&l=en-US
