roboRio2 won't power up, couldn't use it out of the box

 We are a rookie team this year. The RIO was supplied to us from FRC in our kit. We had our mentor team try to help us program and they informed us that our roboRIO was dead. Would not initialize. They loaned us their older roboRIO 1 but their new roboRIO 2 died as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Danny,

I am Juan with NI, Could you confirm that the roboRIO is getting the correct power input(7-16 V DC)? Can you also the polarity, being "v" for positive and "c" for ground?

Finally, as a sanity check, could you try to open it (4 screws in the back) and brush/clean it with air?
