Well gentlemen, I hope you don't mind. I went to NI week and saw all the hot-looking keynote presentation VIs and realized I didn't know how to do that. I then went to Jonathan Cohn's awesome presentation on "Creating Eye-Catching UIs" and I saw the potential that labview really has to create good looking user interfaces.

I joined this interest group yesterday and I just felt like we don't have enough members. We need members developing good themes for all of us to use.  NI's decisions to place priority on UI development will depend largely on how much the LabVIEW community really shows interest and demands it. Also, I think if more people knew about this group we would have more members as well...

So recognizing this need for more members I did something about it:

Thanks for helping to drive this.  I agree we need to get the word out and continue to get more members in this group. While we can't offer anything in the short-term, the prioritization of UI features in LabVIEW is definitely something on R&D's radar, dependent on other infrastructure improvements.  In the meantime, UI Themes is a great way to share best practices and improve our collective knowledge.
